Indonesia is leading again. There's clearly favoritism going on in choosing our defenders. And I think this started when Chung Mong-gyu took over. I think it was one attacker versus three of our defenders if I remember correctly.
Indonesia had a scoring opportunity right before the half where a corner ball came in and NONE of our defenders tried to claim the ball after it was weakly punched out into the box. Kids are on a sightseeing holiday.
Props to Indonesia who played a great game. They could have scored at least 6 goals if their strikers could finish. Their fans definitely brought the energy and their reaction makes me happy for them. Our team did not deserve to win before or after the red card. What irritated me most is how obviously cocky they were. Your discount tiki taka doesn’t overcome your inability to scan the field for a pass that will open up play. Your attempts to dribble 2 defenders means nothing when you give up the ball and are too winded to chase back on the counter.
